I started this brand because mental health has always been something deeply personal to me. Growing up, I witnessed the impact of depression firsthand through a parent who struggled quietly for many years. Later in life, one of my closest friends also battled with his mental health. He would often call me during his lowest moments, and we\u2019d talk things through until he felt a little more at peace.<\/p>

This continued for several years, but in 2020, he lost his battle and took his own life. That loss has never truly sat right with me. It left me with a deep sense that more needs to be done\u2014to raise awareness, to open up conversations, and to let people know they\u2019re not alone in what they\u2019re feeling.<\/p>

That\u2019s where the name of the brand comes from: Lost Minds, Broken Souls<\/strong>.<\/p> Lost Minds<\/em> represents those moments when your thoughts overwhelm you, when everything feels hopeless, and it\u2019s hard to see a way forward. <\/p> We launched in 2025<\/strong>, a year chosen intentionally \u2014 my friend will forever be 25, and so it felt only right that our brand would begin in 2025 to honour him.<\/p> <\/p> The quote that anchors our message is:<\/p> \u201cIf you\u2019re struggling, you are strong \u2014 because it takes strength to face the struggle.\u201d<\/em><\/p> <\/p><\/blockquote> This brand was created not just to make clothing, but to spark conversations. I wanted to design pieces that carry meaning \u2014 items that invite dialogue, break the silence, and encourage people to share their own stories.<\/p> Ultimately, this is about building a community. A space where we can spread awareness, support one another, and break the stigma around mental health \u2014 especially the idea that \u201cif you can\u2019t see it, it\u2019s not real.\u201d Because it is real. And it\u2019s okay not to be okay.
